I really cannot afford to procrastinate any longer. I have the resources to do it. I must find the will power from somewhere.

I am going to lose 2lb this week. I will stick to my calorie limit. I will weigh my portions, not guess (!), I won’t deny myself any food, I will just make better choices.

I will plan my food each day. I will log my food and calories.
I will do some form of exercise every day.

It has taken 34 years for this weight to go on, but it isn’t going to take 34 years to come off again.
